The Aye-aye is a rare type of lemur found along the East coast of Madagascar
They are considered to be the world's largest nocturnal primate and have many physical features that cause them to stand out
They have long fingers with an especially long and slender middle finger and all but two toes have claws on them and the two without claws are opposable and they are used to hang from branches
They use their middle finger to rapidly tap on logs in order to percussively forage for insects
The Aye-aye is considered to be evil and hunted by the natives because of their outward appearance and in turn have become endangered
They are truly a unique creature and one that we hope to overturn the negative thoughts about.
